Tampons and pads should not be just free. They are taxed as they are a luxury. My grandma was a live before any of this came out. She did just fine. Tampons and pads had just made it easier for when periods come around. I'm a women and I find it convenient to use these lady items but I don't think they need to be free as I could also use alternative methods.
